SMELL: It dominates floral and fruity nuances, a light honeyed touch of wood with a great aromatic intensity.

COMPLEMENTS: Oysters with mirin dressing or seared scallops with mediterranean vegetables tossed with lemon dressing. Wine produced in a traditional way, with grapes handmade picked off, in wineyards located 600 metres altitude, between Ribeiro area and Ribeira Sacra area. Limited Edition: 900 Numbered Bottles.
